La Esperanza

Ezequiel Gómez is a second-generation coffee producer and has been running the farm La Esperanza since 2019. The coffee has undergone a washed process where only the perfectly ripe berries have been selected. After the beans have been separated from the berry, they are allowed to ferment for 15-18h before being washed clean in two rounds to be sure that all the pulp has come off the beans. The beans are then allowed to dry for 12 days.
