Piritu Coffee

Piritu Coffee is a small roastery in Oslo run by Giovanni and Lara. They buy their coffee directly from Dwight Aguilar Masias at Finca Nueva Alianza in Santa Teresa, Cusco, Peru, and roast it light for filter in small batches, with a separate profile for each lot.
