The organic Criollo cocoa beans are sourced from the lush foothills of the Andes, under the canopy of larger trees, in a naturally humid environment that eliminates the need for irrigation. Direct trade with local farmers ensures a transparent and short supply chain, directly benefiting the producers. Morin’s dedication to using only local ingredients, including cocoa butter and sugar from the same region, results in a chocolate bar that boasts a harmonious blend of fruity, fresh flavors with subtle spice notes.
