The Sibarist UFO Fast Specialty Coffee Filters are designed specifically for use with the UFO dripper, offering an optimized shape and geometry to ensure a smooth, consistent brewing experience. These filters enhance the flow rate and prevent clogging, allowing you to experiment with finer grinds and achieve higher extractions without the risk of over-extraction.

Key Features

• Optimized Design: The filters are shaped to fit perfectly with the UFO dripper, ensuring zero bypass and precise control over the pour. This helps achieve a balanced extraction similar to a flat-bottom dripper while maintaining the clarity typical of a conical dripper.
• FAST Specialty Coffee Filter Technology: This proprietary technology provides a fast and consistent flow, which is ideal for dense washed coffees that require a finer grind. The filters are also 100% organic and manufactured sustainably in Barcelona.
• FAST Filters: Best suited for dense coffees, allowing for finer grinds and higher extraction without clogging.

Specifications

• Material: Organic fiber blend, including abaca and cellulose, designed to maintain structural integrity and ensure a clean, paper-free taste in the cup.
• Packaging: The filters are available in packs of 25 or 100, in compostable packaging to protect them from external contamination.
