Available Sizes & Compatibility

• 58mm to 49mm (Stamped): Fits standard 58mm commercial and prosumer machines (E61, La Marzocco, etc.). Steps down to a classic 49mm lever-style extraction bed.
• 57.5mm to 49mm (CNC Machined): Precision-sized for Lelit 57mm machines (Anita, Diana, Anna, Grace). Eliminates standard gap issues and steps down to a 49mm bed.
• 54mm to 45.5mm (Stamped): Designed exactly for 54mm Breville/Sage machines (Bambino, Barista Express, Barista Pro). Steps down to an ultra-deep 45.5mm column for maximum resistance.

Choose Your Flow Rate

• Standard Flow (0.28mm Holes): Requires a finer grind and flows faster. Ideal for high clarity, standard espresso techniques, and modern light roasts.
• Reduced Flow (0.18mm Holes): Features thousands of micro-holes. Allows you to grind coarser while maintaining perfect pressure, yielding a thicker, more syrupy body. Excellent for medium/dark roasts or high-extraction experiments.

Crucial Workflow & Usage Notes

• Bottomless Portafilters Only: Due to their extremely deep, tapered profiles, these baskets will not fit standard spouted or pressurized portafilters.
• Specific Tamper Sizing Required: You cannot use your standard top-diameter tamper. You must use a tamper that matches the bottom step-down diameter (e.g., a 49mm tamper for the 49mm baskets, or a 45.5mm tamper for the 54-45.5mm basket).
• Headspace Check: When using the included puck screen, check your lock-in tightness. If the portafilter feels too tight, lower your coffee dose slightly.

*Note on the 57.5mm CNC Variant: The 57.5mm basket is fully CNC-machined from a solid block of 304 stainless steel. Magnetic dosing funnels may not actively stick to the rim, but the included funnel is designed to sit securely inside the step-down chamber. The 58mm and 54mm variants are manufactured via traditional metal stamping.
