This white chocolate from Georgia Ramon, has been infused with dried raspberries and the luxurious scent of 100% pure rose oil, straight from handpicked Bulgarian roses (rosa damascena). The rose oil, known for its high quality and steep price, is meticulously distilled from thousands of rose blossoms. This white chocolate, which won a GOLD award from the Academy of Chocolate in 2017, blends cocoa butter, panela (a type of raw cane sugar), whole milk powder, and a touch of rose oil for a truly special treat.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, panela (raw cane sugar), whole milk powder, dried raspberries (12%), rose oil (rosa damascena) (<0.01%), sunflower lecithin. Guaranteed gluten-free. Contains milk. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts.
