Overview

The Zeus sits in Eureka’s Oro range as their all-purpose commercial grinder. A single 85 mm flat burr set, finished with Eureka’s Pure Diamond coating, covers everything from fine espresso to coarse filter, so there’s no burr change when you switch brew method. What separates it from most café grinders is the ICE Motion motor: an AC variable-speed drive adjustable from 750 to 1400 RPM. Lower speeds reduce heat and fines, higher speeds increase throughput, so the grinder can be tuned to the bean and the cup. Adjustment is stepless and micrometric, with no stepped clicks limiting dial-in. Note there is no display or programmable timed dosing; grinding is manual via the hands-free portafilter fork.

Optional 600 g hopper

Eureka also makes a larger 600 g bean hopper for the Zeus, aimed at shops and roasters that use it for retail grinding, as it gives room to grind straight into coffee bags. The Zeus ships with the standard 200 g hopper. The 600 g hopper is sold separately as an extra and is available on request, so contact us if you would like one with your grinder.
