The CoffMeter M1 is a dedicated precision tool engineered for farmers, green buyers, and roasters who need fast, reliable data on their raw product. A sub-brand of the precision-focused DiFluid ecosystem, the M1 combines adaptive capacitance technology with a patented bean distribution system to deliver lab-quality measurements of moisture and density in under two seconds, ensuring you buy, store, and roast your green coffee with total confidence.

Key Features:

• Dual-Metric Analysis: Simultaneously measures moisture content and density (g/L), the two critical variables that dictate how a bean will store and behave during the roast.
• Multi-State Testing: Versatile enough to test coffee at every stage of production, including fresh parchment, dried cherries, green beans, and even finished roasted coffee.
• Smart Connectivity: Syncs via Bluetooth to the DiFluid Café App, allowing you to log batch data, track moisture loss over time, and receive Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware updates.
• Patented Distributor: Uses a built-in mechanical distributor to ensure the sample is evenly packed every time, minimizing human error and “air pocket” variances in your readings.

Technical Specifications:

• Moisture Accuracy: ±0.2% (Range: 1% – 50%)
• Density Precision: ±1 g/L (Range: 0 – 1200 g/L)
• Speed: Readings in < 2 seconds
• Display: 2.3-inch HD Touchscreen
• Battery: 2500mAh (USB-C Rechargeable)
• Calibration: Includes portable reference sample for easy self-calibration

Perfect for roasters and green coffee buyers who need to verify the quality and shelf-stability of expensive green bean inventory before purchasing or loading it into the roaster.
