Five miniature hand-scooped chocolate bars from Zotter, each a different flavour, packed together in a 100 g gift set. Zotter’s hand-scooped process layers fillings one on top of the other by hand, then coats the whole bar in bean-to-bar chocolate made entirely in-house at their factory in Riegersburg, Austria.
The set includes Milk Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Banana, Choco Bee, Wild Berries with Vanilla, and Butter Caramel. Five distinct flavour profiles that range from fruity to nutty to honeyed, so there’s something for most palates. Each mini bar is 20 g, individually wrapped.

What’s in the box
Each of the five bars uses Zotter’s signature hand-scooped technique: distinct layers of filling are brushed onto long lanes by hand, stacked one on top of the other, then sealed in a final chocolate coating and cut into bars. The result is more like a layered bonbon in bar form than a conventional filled chocolate.
- Milk Chocolate Mousse: Dark milk chocolate (60% cocoa minimum) filled with milk chocolate mousse and milk chocolate ganache. Rich and smooth, this is the most classically chocolatey bar in the set.
- Chocolate Banana: Milk chocolate with a 55% banana centre. The banana flavour comes from freeze-dried bananas, so it tastes like actual fruit rather than artificial banana flavouring.
- Choco Bee: White chocolate filled with honey caramel crisps. A sweet, crunchy bar with real honey providing the flavour base.
- Wild Berries with Vanilla: Milk chocolate layered with a wild berry cream (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackcurrants) and vanilla ganache. Fruity and creamy, with enough tartness from the berries to balance the sweetness.
- Butter Caramel: Milk chocolate filled with butter caramel cream, caramel crisps, and almond praline. This is Zotter’s bestseller for a reason, the combination of salty-sweet caramel and roasted almond works well.
About Zotter’s hand-scooped chocolate
Zotter is one of the few chocolate makers in the world that controls the entire production chain from raw cocoa bean to finished bar. Their factory in Styria, Austria, roasts, grinds, conches, and tempers all chocolate on-site. Josef Zotter coined the term “hand-scooped” to describe the process of layering fillings by hand onto long production lanes, a method that allows for complex, multi-layered flavour combinations that wouldn’t be possible with conventional moulding or enrobing.
