Slöinge Kafferosteri was founded in 2013 by Daniel Eråker, whose mission from the start has been to source hand-picked green coffee beans and roast them gently to bring out their best flavors, never compromising in quality or ethics. He oversees the roasting process with intense focus, likening the care required to landing an aircraft. His wife Anna joined the company in 2017 and spearheaded the creation of their Eråkers line. This offering includes more traditional Swedish-style, accessibly priced coffees, along with tonics, kombucha, teas and spice blends. Together they run the roastery and café with a sustainable philosophy that respects both coffee growers and nature.
