The Malabar forest cocoa hails from the Kerala region of southern India, known for its abundant water supply. This cocoa grows alongside various spices and herbal plants, and boasts a complex flavor profile. At our in-house bean-to-bar factory, we utilize this prized ingredient to craft a superior single origin chocolate with 70% cocoa content. The cocoa beans are sourced from GoGround Beans, a company deeply committed to environmental preservation.

Our Indian Spirit chocolate features a delightful aroma with strong fruity notes reminiscent of cherry jam, peach, and watermelon, with subtle hints of marzipan and spice. The taste is characterized by a rich chocolate flavor, complemented by subtle roast notes of caramelized cashews, and accented with fruity notes of cherry jam, plum puree, peach, and watermelon.
