The B3 HYBRID is Sibarist’s groundbreaking filter for conical drippers, crafted with the latest B3 filter paper technology. This innovative hybrid design blends the best of both flat-bottom and cone brewing. It facilitates quicker, more efficient extraction by reducing clogging and preventing fines from concentrating in one spot. The B3 paper’s unique porosity delivers crystal-clear flavor, while its sturdy structure ensures minimal contact with the dripper, leading to consistently balanced cups. Developed in collaboration with Matt Winton, the 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion, over a year of dedicated prototyping and testing, the B3 HYBRID represents a new frontier in brewing technology.
