Dedicated to reviving this rare cacao variety, once thought extinct in the early 1900s, Finca Garyth employs organic and sustainable farming methods to preserve the area’s rich biodiversity. This exceptional cocoa results in a chocolate with a mild, floral character, free from bitterness, and infused with aromas of fresh grass, a hint of smokiness, tobacco, and a banana finish.
