Dark chocolate from Piura Porcelana cocoa beans from the Piura valley in Peru. This is called the white bean, but the chocolate has a beautiful red-purple-brown color. Special cocoa and refined taste: raspberries, light notes of lime and pecan nuts.

They not only protect this cocoa, but also the environment in which it grows, the tropical rainforest. The most special of the series is this Piura Porcelana, made from the Porcelana, also called white cocoa bean, which grows in the low Andes in Peru. The chocolate was conched for no less than 72 hours and has a cocoa percentage of 75%.
