An upgraded version of the super popular KALDI coffee roaster.  The Kaldi POP Coffee Roaster is a great home roaster and a great place to start your roasting journey.  The coffee roaster is easy to operate and the large online community of Kaldi fans makes troubleshooting and learning about coffee roasting very enjoyable.  The frame of the roaster is welded together (as apposed to bolts) to preserve longevity and retain stiffness.  The roaster uses 304 series stainless steel for the agitator drum and an external casing to increase safety and corrosion of the machine.  The analogue thermometer is attached to the removable chaff tray and inserted into the drum providing you with a direct drum temperature reading.

Description

Important: Kaldi roasters do not include a heat source.  You’ll need a mini gas stove (gasskjøkken, gassbluss) as a heat source.  They can be purchased from a local hardware store such as Biltema, Jula, Clas Ohlson  The roaster must be operated outdoors or in a location with proper ventilation.
