This unique creation features cocoa beans from Öko-Caribe in the Dominican Republic, meticulously conched with liquefied coffee beans roasted by Speicherstadt in Hamburg. The espresso, “Il Gusto,” is a sophisticated blend of organic robust beans from India and organic Arabica varieties from the Dominican Republic and Brazil. The process of grinding the espresso beans until liquefied, then blending them with the cocoa, ensures that every bite of this dark chocolate bar is bursting with the rich aroma and strong taste of espresso.
