This bar from Fjåk is a total celebration of Norway. It’s built on a creamy meringue white chocolate base, then topped with crunchy dry meringue and a mix of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Aside from tasting amazing, the red, white, and blue berries perfectly match the colors of the Norwegian flag.

Even though the Pavlova cake actually started out in Australia and New Zealand back in the early 1900s, it has become a massive tradition in Norway for Constitution Day on the 17th of May. Fun fact: Norwegians actually search for Pavlova recipes more than anyone else in the world, with searches going through the roof right before the big day.
