Fjåk 70 % dark Tanzania Women’s Lot Chocolate

Round dark chocolate with notes of cherry & coffee.

This chocolate is made with cocoa from three farms in Tanzania, all led by women. The Mbingu Sisters run various community projects, including an orphanage and schools. The other farms are led by Anna Muyesi and Sarah Maglass.

The cocoa costs a bit more per kg, but the extra money goes to a scholarship fund helping 10 local students finish high school.

Sarah Maglass is shown with an award for having some of the best cocoa beans in the world. This chocolate is pure love!

It’s also organic. The cocoa comes from the Kilombero valley, near Udzungwa Mountain National Park. There, Kokoa Kamili, a social enterprise, buys cocoa at higher prices directly from farmers, ensuring quality processing.
