Much like the discerning jacu bird, JACU Coffee Roastery, founded in 2011, meticulously selects and roasts only the finest coffee beans. They search for exceptional plantations, perfect processing techniques, and the ideal roasting profiles to unlock the true potential of each bean.

Our creation combines the robust Monte Verde Amazonas coffee from Peru with our rich 70% dark chocolate from Haiti, resulting in a bar that delivers the intense flavor experience of a finely brewed espresso. Discover the essence of coffee craftsmanship and chocolate artistry in every bite.
