These nuts are then finely ground together with the chocolate, resulting in a velvety smooth texture.

The hazelnuts are carefully cultivated by Altalanga Azienda Agricola, renowned for their quality produce in Piedmont. For the cocoa, Beau Cacao trusts Uncommon Cacao, a B-Corp certified company. This cocoa is sourced from the associations ASODIRP and KATBALPOM in Lachua, Guatemala, known for their exceptional beans.
