This seasonal bar from Fjåk is a bit of a rare find. They’ve taken a smooth, organic milk chocolate and paired it with wild mountain cloudberries. If you’ve never had cloudberries, they have a completely unique, tart-sweet flavor that you really can’t find anywhere else.

Because these berries grow in the wild up in the mountains and are notoriously hard to harvest, this is a strict limited edition. Fjåk only makes it when the ingredients are available, so it’s one of those iconic bars that’s almost impossible to track down once it’s gone. If you happen to spot one, it’s definitely worth a try.
