Why do you love this coffee?

This coffee is a stunning example of next-level fermentation and meticulous drying.  It bursts with intense aromatics while maintaining a rich, structured body.  Nothing is added, the remarkable flavors come purely from mastering fermentation and drying.

After the success Jhoan and Diego Vergara achieved at Finca Las Flores, they set out to support their wider community, and two years ago, they built a larger processing facility to welcome cherries from neighboring producers. The Vergara brothers then apply their signature processing methods to elevate the coffees to new heights.

Peñas Blancas is named after the mountain range uniting neighbouring regions, but it also stands as a symbol of cooperation and shared progress.
