Fjåk has crafted a classic 70% dark chocolate bar using the exceptional ‘Heirloom Cacao Preservation’ accredited cocoa beans from Samuel von Rutte’s Hacienda Limon farm. They extend an invitation for everyone to savor this creation and to acknowledge the impressive efforts of the 12 Tree team. This team is dedicated to restoring the 192-hectare plantation at Hacienda Limón, safeguarding a rare indigenous cacao variety against the encroachment of more widespread, generic types. This special bar is available in a limited edition of 1000 pieces.
