About the coffee
Introducing Incahuasi – a richly expressive single-origin coffee from the highlands of
Peru, brought to you by EUROPA Kaffe & Te. Grown by the cooperative Valle de
Incahuasi in the Cuzco region at altitudes of 1,800 – 2,400 m above sea level, this
organically cultivated lot thrives in a high-altitude shade-grown environment.
We’re proud to note that this is our second year of collaboration with Valle de Incahuasi
— following our meaningful visit last year, which deepened our direct-trade relationship
and aligned us further with their values of transparency, community and high-quality
production.
Incahuasi is processed using the natural method (whole cherries dried in sun) — a
water-sparing approach that preserves and amplifies the beans’ inherent fruit
character. In the cup, expect a full-bodied and balanced experience, with inviting notes
of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and a subtle spiced warmth — a versatile coffee that
shines both as a filter brew and as an espresso, with or without milk.
