The organic cocoa comes from PISA, a network of dedicated small-scale producers in northern Haiti, near Cap Haitien. Despite its 100% cacao content, this bar surprises with a gentle sweetness that complements its bold bitterness, offering delightful woody, floral, and citrus notes.
