SSP’s High Uniformity (HU) burrs in the 102 mm blind format made for the Option-O Lagom 01. They replace the Mizen 102 mm burrs the grinder ships with, for owners who want SSP’s espresso-focused geometry in the largest burr size the 01 takes.
HU keeps a controlled amount of fines, so espresso comes out with body and a long, sweet finish, and filter is balanced and still clear. The Red Speed (TiAlCN) coating is SSP’s hard-wearing standard coating and the usual pick for espresso.

Made for the Lagom 01’s 102 mm carrier
The Lagom 01 is built around large flat burrs and comes set up for either 98 mm or 102 mm burrs. The 102 mm version ships with Option-O’s Mizen 102 mm blind burrs and, according to Option-O, has roughly 18% more grinding surface than a 98 mm set. This SSP set is cut for that 102 mm blind mount, and SSP lists the Lagom 01 as its only compatible grinder.
HU (High Uniformity) is SSP’s espresso-first geometry. It keeps a controlled amount of fines, so shots have body and a sweet, lingering finish, and it still grinds well for filter. Option-O describes the SSP 102HU as brighter and higher in clarity than its own Mizen 102OM burrs, while the Mizens are the more forgiving set to dial in.
