Sourced from the lush, green hillsides of the Idukki region in Southern India, this flavorful chocolate gets its unique character from cocoa trees grown alongside local spices and coconut palms. Crafted from organic GoGround beans (Forastero), it is medium-roasted and stone-ground for 48 hours to reveal a rich, fruity flavor profile with notes of cherry, raisin, and nectar.
This bar is produced by a passionate young Italian couple dedicated to improving the livelihoods of rural Indian farmers. It contains only two ingredients: organic cocoa beans and organic raw cane sugar.
