Crafted from organic GoGround beans (Forastero), it is medium-roasted and stone-ground for 48 hours to reveal a rich, fruity flavor profile with notes of cherry, raisin, and nectar.

This bar is produced by a passionate young Italian couple dedicated to improving the livelihoods of rural Indian farmers. It contains only two ingredients: organic cocoa beans and organic raw cane sugar.
