This bar features the same blend of premium Nicaraguan cacao as the Dark Milk 55%, but with significantly less milk powder. The result is a very dark milk chocolate, or, in other words, a rich dark chocolate perfectly rounded out by just a touch of creamy milk.
Living right on the border between a milk and a dark chocolate, it delivers strong cacao notes beautifully tempered by hints of caramel. For some people, this is the exact chocolate they have been looking for their entire lives!
