Introducing Comsa – a naturally processed organic coffee from the highlands of
Marcala, Honduras. Grown at 1,500–2,000 m a.s.l. by the pioneering cooperative Café
Orgánico Marcala (COMSA), this coffee embodies sustainability, craftsmanship and
community.
Through regenerative farming and farmer education, COMSA empowers small
producers while protecting the local environment — values we’re proud to share in our
ongoing collaboration.
Processed using the natural method, Comsa offers a sweet and full-bodied cup with
notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and vanilla. A medium-light roast highlights its balance,
purity and depth — perfect for those who enjoy black coffee with richness and natural
sweetness.
