Taste profile: Crispy snap. Intense and robust notes of roasted cocoa nibs, pleasantly roasted and subtle walnut notes, balance and lingering flavor on the palette of soft caramel with oak and pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.
The fermentation process has been carefully refined over the past century to perfectly balance the natural acidity of the cocoa beans. Tailored to this specific cocoa content and combined with cane sugar, it creates a wonderfully smooth and well-rounded chocolate. The result is a sweet, rich bar with true cocoa flavor, a delight for the dark chocolate lover.
Ingredients: cocoa mass (cocoa beans ground to liquid), cocoa butter, sugar.
Cocoadry matter %: Dark chocolate contains 80% cocoa solids.
