Taste profile: Good snap. Notes of oak, roasted cocoa nibs, naturally sweet, balanced and rich with wonderful cocoa notes, with a hint of banana. Soft and smooth chocolate with pleasant acidity, powerful and round cocoa notes that transition to a hint of citrus with a hint of toasted walnuts and banana.
If you think you don’t like 100% dark chocolate, this one might change your mind. With a fermentation process perfected over the past century, the acidity and bitterness are beautifully balanced. The result is a smooth, mellow bar that lets the pure flavor of cocoa shine throug, rich, elegant, and easy to love.
