Espresso distribution tool designed to improve puck preparation before tamping. The V3 Planetary model uses a system of multiple rotating groups of needles that move in
different directions across the basket. This action breaks up clumps, loosens dense areas of ground coffee, and helps create a more even distribution. The result is a flatter, more consistent coffee bed that can reduce channeling during extraction.The handle mechanism allows the stirring depth to be adjusted, making it compatible with a variety of basket sizes. By evenly redistributing the coffee grounds, the tool improves water flow through the puck and supports more reliable espresso shots. It is built from durable food-grade stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and brass, with fine interchangeable needles that can be replaced as needed.
