Santa Ana Chuncho Cocoa Dark Chocolate by Vigdis Rosenkilde, made with premium Chuncho cocoa from the Santa Ana district of the Cusco region in Peru and sugar. This chocolate offers a unique flavor profile of blackberry, pineapple, and walnut, which are naturally present in the cocoa and not artificially added.
The cocoa is processed optimally at every stage of production to ensure the perfect balance of flavors. The Cooperativa Alto Urubamba, located in Santa Ana, works with over 100 farmers to produce the highest quality cocoa. They provide extensive support to their partners on how to prepare their plantations, resulting in exceptional raw materials and a wide range of cocoa batches to choose from. Vigdis, who let out a loud scream of excitement upon finding this cocoa, meticulously selects only the best.
The packaging is made from recycled paper with a textured finish, and it includes information on the processes involved in transforming cocoa fruit into chocolate bars.
