Patented S2C 40mm Burrs

At the heart of the Bricks 01S are the 40mm stainless steel conical burrs (S2C 040). Unlike standard crushing burrs, the Spike-to-Cut geometry spikes the beans before cutting them, which reduces fines and creates a more uniform particle distribution. This results in high clarity for filter coffee and consistent extraction for espresso.

150 Steps of Adjustment

The grinder offers a wide range of grind settings with high granularity. The adjustment mechanism is integrated directly into the hopper—simply rotate the hopper to dial in your size.
