The baby version of the larger Fausto grinder from Rocket Espresso. Faustino is small and compact, yet powerful and capable. Perfect for a kitchen counter. The stepless grind dial on the Faustino is large and easy to adjust. The portafilter rest is thick and capable and the anti-static grounds chute ensures minimal mess when dosing. On the front of the machine, the controls are presented on a high-contrast touch screen, at a slight angle for easy access. The Faustino comes in four stylish finishes – Chrome / Matt Black / Appartamento Copper / Appartamento White.

The faustino was a perfect addition for my kitchen setup! It’s a surprisingly quiet grinder, with a fairly intuitive and easy-to-learn electronic interface.
