This pure cocoa powder is made from exceptional beans grown in the Ben Tre region of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta, known for their rich quality. The beans are fermented and dried by Vietcacao at a school for handicapped children, combining craftsmanship with meaningful social impact. Processed and packaged in France by Morin, the result is a pleasantly nutty cocoa with subtle acidity, tropical spice notes, and a smooth mouthfeel.

Use it for hot cocoa, baking, cooking, or as a topping. Hot cocoa: stir 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder into 200 ml of milk or water. Bring to the boil and then add sugar to taste.
