A unique and smooth chocolate bar, infused with a special blend of olive oil from Alentejo, Portugal. The cocoa beans for this bar are sourced from the social cooperative Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania, known for their high-quality produce.

The chocolate is enriched with a blend of Picual, Koroneiki, Arbosana, and Arbequina olive oil varieties, collectively known as “Olivais do Sul.” These olive oils are cold-pressed and carefully blended into the 63% Trinitario cocoa from Kokoa Kamili, resulting in a bar with an extraordinary mouthfeel and enhanced floral and fruity tasting notes.

This innovative approach by Mellōw, blending 10% olive oil into the chocolate, offers a distinct and surprising texture, setting it apart from traditional chocolate bars.
