Emmanuel Solis founded the Las Margaritas farm in 2013 and has since specialized in unique coffee varieties with high quality and distinct flavor profiles such as Villalobos, Gul Catuaì, SL28 and the big favorite Geisha. This is a Geisha and the bean type contributes a lot to the taste and aroma of the coffee. Emmanuel picks the berries when they are ripe to take advantage of the sugar in the berries, and dries them slowly on raised tables to keep the quality as high as possible.
