The IMS Big Bang Baskets are engineered for baristas seeking precision and consistency in espresso extraction. Featuring a ridgeless, cylindrical design with a flat bottom. The patented IMS perforation system includes 497 holes in a unique Big Bang pattern with an incremental hole spacing from 1.5 mm. Each 0.30 mm circular hole with a conical cross-section is relaminated and recalibrated for competition-grade performance. Finished with wet vibrofinishing, passivation, and electropolishing, these baskets ensure a smooth, sanitary surface for superior coffee quality.
