Suggested Brew Recipe
- Using the included funnel, fill two brew bags with 160g coarse ground coffee.
- Place brew bags in uKeg and fill with 1.5 liters water
- Screw on cap and place in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- Remove brew bags and add 400ml water
- Charge cap with N20 cartridge, then place on uKeg to charge to full pressure
- Shake for 1-2 minutes
- Drink and enjoy

Bought this back in 2022. It’s been one of the summer highlights my friends and I look forwards to. Takes some preparation time, but once you’ve made a batch, you can easily bring the keg along to the park or a party, or just let it stand on the countertop at home. It will come with some extra costs, as will need to buy nitro cartridges, but you can save some on filters if you want to brew your cold brew outside of the keg, like using a cheesecloth instead of filters. I would like there to be an easier way of knowing when the cartridges need replacing, but overall I’m pleased with it
