The Zorzal cocoa is cultivated by 25 neighboring farmers who share a vision of quality and environmental preservation. This chocolate delights with an initial burst of red fruit freshness, followed by a velvety nutty texture, and concludes with lingering notes of wood and dry flowers.

Set at 82% cocoa, Feitoria do Cacao chose this percentage to bring out the nutty character and subtle nuances that make this variety so captivating. This very dark chocolate pairs exceptionally well with Vintage Port wine, offering a sophisticated tasting experience.
