About the coffee
Introducing El Oasis – a sweet organic single-farm coffee from northern Nicaragua,
brought to you by EUROPA Kaffe & Te. Grown by Ramona Díaz on her farm in the San
Juan del Río Coco region at 1,300 metres above sea level, this 100 % Bourbon lot is
cultivated with meticulous care.
We’re pleased to highlight that this is our second year of collaboration with Ramona —
following our inspiring visit last year. Together we are strengthening meaningful
connections and supporting high-quality production with shared values.

El Oasis reveals a flavour profile of dried fruit, chocolate, and a lively hint of citrusfruit
— all anchored by a balanced and sweet overall character. Finished with a medium
roast (10–12 minutes) to bring out depth and richness while preserving clarity, it’s a
coffee for those who appreciate both precision and personality in their cup.
