Producer Information
Metad was founded in 2010 by Aman Adinew and is co-managed by his brother, Tariku Adinew. Their 200-hectare farm in the Guji region is dedicated to both high-quality organic Arabica and community development.
Social Impact:
Metad reinvests a portion of their profits back into the local community. These initiatives include building clinics, roads, and clean water wells. They also provide school supplies for 850 primary school students and fund 105 university scholarships for underprivileged local students. Currently, over 70% of the workforce at the farm is female.
