This unique offering from Metad’s Chelchele station in Yirgacheffe explores innovative processing techniques. The coffee undergoes a natural anaerobic fermentation combined with “Rue” (Ruta Chalepensis), a traditional Ethiopian herb.

This co-fermentation process results in a highly distinct and complex cup, blending the deep sweetness of caramel and dark chocolate with vibrant notes of orange, pineapple, and a unique herbal-spice character.
