Nestled within the biodiverse richness of the Mata Atlantica forest, this 120 ha cocoa plantation is a testament to sustainability and community. Revered by locals as a “Paraiso” (paradise), the farm is a beacon of social and environmental harmony.

The highlight of Fazenda Sempre Firme is its cultivation of the “parasinho” cocoa variety, a traditional forester cocoa that once brought fame to Bahia in the early 20th century. From these esteemed beans comes a chocolate that’s as rich in history as it is in flavor. With a smooth, woody, and earthy profile, each bite takes you on a journey through autumnal scents, hints of tobacco, and a subtle nod to the local pitanga fruit.
