Organic Excellence from Madagascar: This chocolate bar hails from the renowned Sambirano Valley, near Ambanja in North-West Madagascar, on Bertil Åkesson’s sprawling 2000 ha estate, including the Ambolikapiky plantation. Dating back to 1920, this estate has been producing some of the world’s most sought-after aromatic cocoa. Favored by leading chefs and chocolatiers globally, the cocoa from this estate is a staple in high-end chocolate making.

This bar is a rare treat, crafted from a limited harvest of just 2 tons per year of the prized Criollo beans, separate from the 300 tons of Trinitario cocoa produced annually.
