The Aillio Bullet R2 is a 1kg electric drum roaster designed for precision and efficiency. Featuring automatic drum pre-heating, adjustable heat (1700W), fan speed, and drum speed, it ensures consistent roasting. Infrared bean and drum temperature sensors (IBTS) provide real-time feedback for accurate roast profiles, which can be saved and shared via RoasTime software (compatible with Mac, Windows, Linux). Key features include Flowsense airflow management, Chaff Filter Alert, QuickClean maintenance, and a bean deflector for efficient cooling. Designed in Denmark and built in Taiwan, it offers a 2-year warranty and includes the Aillio Toolkit. Ideal for home roasters and small-scale professionals seeking reliable, data-driven roasting.
