Product details
This 70% dark chocolate bar is a really cool experiment in flavor. Fjåk sourced four sacks of cocoa beans from a limited batch from Kokoa Kamili. Instead of just tossing cinnamon into the chocolate at the end, they actually add organic cinnamon directly to the cacao beans during the fermentation stage right after harvest in Tanzania.
