Product details
A naturally processed Red Bourbon from Villa Galicia in El Salvador’s Apaneca Ilamatepec region, roasted by Jacu in Ålesund. The “Pineapple” name comes from Q-graders and visitors who kept noting tropical piña flavours during cuppings. Produced by Mauricio Salaverria, the cherries are shade-dried on raised beds for over 25 days to develop that distinctive tropical profile.
