Shaded by taller trees and nurtured in naturally humid forests, the beans develop complex flavours without the need for irrigation. After harvest, farmers bring their beans to a shared station for fermentation and drying, ensuring consistent quality. Morin sources these beans directly through transparent, short supply chains, before processing and packaging in their factory in Donzère, France.
